Piroplast-2K SP (10–30) is a light-colored hydrocarbon resin produced by thermal polymerization of petroleum-derived feedstocks.
It belongs to the C5/C9 copolymer resin family and is widely used in varnishes, printing inks, rubber formulations, and adhesive systems
requiring enhanced tack, gloss, and compatibility.
This grade features a low softening point, excellent solubility, and very good compatibility with natural & synthetic rubbers,
aliphatic solvents, and various polymer modifiers. Its low color (Gardner 5–8) and controlled iodine value make it ideal for
applications needing clear appearance and stable performance.
